AIR TRANSPORTATION: Hadar Inc. will provide air transportation in conjunction with all land "only" and "all inclusive" tours, based on the lowest applicable air fares on all IATA and participation carriers, subject to the rules and regulations of the class, fare and service of the individual airline.
HOTELS: Will be provided in accordance with the itinerary and the hotel plan selected.  All rooms are standard/run-of-house, twin/double bedded with private facilities.  Single and triple rooms are limited and are available at additional cost. Children up to the age of eighteen, sharing a triple room with 2 adults receive a special family plan credit. "All inclusive" tours use first class hotels.
MEALS: Full Israeli breakfast included in all packages. Dinner supplement is available at additional cost. Rates for the "all inclusive" tours include dinner.
TRANSFERS: Transfers from/to overseas airports/hotels, including perterage of two standard size suitcases per person are included.
SIGHTSEEING: By motorcoach as per your selected program. Each program includes all entrance fees and the services of a government-licensed, English speaking guide. During certain periods of conventions, congresses, holidays or any unforeseen events, the tour operator may have to make changes in hotels and sightseeing sequences.
       All tours require a minimum booking of two people.
DEPOSIT: $150 per person is due within 10 days. The "all-inclusive" tours require a $250 deposit per person.
FULL PAYMENT: Due 45 days prior to departure. Payment for the "all -inclusive" tours is due 60 days prior to departure.
PRICE of the "all-inclusive" packages are based on air and hotel rates and currency exchange rate effective 1/1/99. If any changes occur, prices will change accordingly.
CANCELLATION: Land arrangements cancelled after the deposit has been received and at least 30 days before departure will be subject to $50 per person processing fee. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to departure or during the tours will be subjected to charges dependent upon the obligations of Hadar Tours to its suppliers, but will not be less than $150 per person. For the Bible Experience Tour and Cruise: cancellation received more than sixty days before departure will be subject to $50 cancellation fee; 60-30 days before departure, there will be a $250 cancellation charge; 29-16 days, a charge of 50% of full tour price; 15-8 days, 75% of full tour price; 7 days or less, there will be no refund.
REFUNDS: No refunds will be made for unused services. Refunds for cancelled or adjusted services will be subject to minimum $50.00 processing fee. Refund will be based on the cancellation policy. Allow 6 to 8 weeks for processing of refund.
TIPPING: We recommend $2-3 per person per sightseeing day for the driver and $4-5 per person per sightseeing day to the guide. Tour packages include service charges and taxes imposed by overseas facilities. Not included: airport taxes, tips, visas, and handling fees, excess luggage, items of a purely personal nature, such as laundry, lunches, beverages, airfares -- unless included in the feature of the tours. (The Israel Experience Tours are "land only" packages). Travel/Luggage insurance is not included, but is strongly recommended.
VISAS: for Jordan, Egypt, and Syria are required. For the "all inclusive" tours, the group visas will be obtained by the tour operator. A non-US citizen should consult their National Consulate.
RESPONSIBILITY: The travel agent/or tour operator, Hadar, Inc. Travel and Tours and its representatives abroad, act only as agents for the various companies, owners, or contractors providing the means of transportation, accommodations and other services pertaining to the tour. All exchange orders, coupons, and tickets are issued subject to the terms and conditions under which such services are offered or provided. The issuance and acceptance of such exchange order, coupons and tickets shall be deemed to be consent to the further conditions.
    The travel agent and/or Hadar, Inc. Travel and Tours, and/or its representatives abroad shall not be in any way liable for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity in any vehicle, or through the act or default of any company or person engaged in converting the passengers, or any hotel proprietor, personnel or servant or any other person otherwise in connection therewith.
   Each exchange coupon, order and ticket is to be regarded as one contracted on or in behalf of the particular company of person named on it.
